Who am I?

I’m a sustainability consultant specialising in grant-funded retrofit, project management and strategy. Over the past decade, I’ve supported local authorities, housing providers and national programmes to plan, fund and deliver retrofit projects, with a particular focus on practical, grounded support that helps teams stay on track.

I’ve worked across retrofit programmes totalling over £1 billion, including as Regional Lead and Single Point of Contact for the Salix Delivery Partner (Turner & Townsend) and Regional Support Manager for the RISE programme. I also have hands-on delivery experience in East Sussex and a strong understanding of the day-to-day challenges teams face, from funding constraints to resident engagement and compliance.

Through Trenchard Consulting Services, I offer modular, light-touch support designed to fit smaller teams. My focus is helping organisations deliver confidently, whether that means setting up project systems, preparing comms and tracking tools, or providing strategic input as you move through mobilisation and into delivery.

I also support organisations with GHG accounting and early-stage ESG reporting — helping teams understand and meet their reporting requirements in line with UK and EU expectations, and embed sustainability goals into the way projects are planned, delivered and communicated.
